If you need to contact me out-of-game for any reason, feel free to use this form. Please do not use it to contact me about in-game issues - I will ignore such messages.
Examples of messages that this form should not be used for:
"will you revive my pet(s) for reasons X, Y and Z?" - no, check out the Favor Dispenser (in-game)
"can i work for psypets its so cool ill do NE thing" - no

"send me my password, I forgot it."
As it turns out, I can't, but you can use the Reset Password form to get a new one.

"can you send me my activation e-mail? I didn't receive it."
There's a form for this as well, which will also correct your e-mail address in case you've mistyped it: the Resend Activation form.
Examples of messages that this form should be used for:

"I bought some Favors, but have not yet received them!"
Since this is about your real-life money, this use is definitely appropriate!

"I cannot log in to PsyPets - there are terrible, cryptic errors!"
It'd be helpful if you also copy and pasted any such error messages

"can you send me my activation e-mail? I tried, like, a million times, and I still haven't received it."
Be sure to provide your login name and e-mail address so that I can personally get back to you with the information.
